In light of the unusual current global health situation, the Luxembourg financial regulator, the CSSF has issued today some guidance on how supervised entities could take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of their staff members. Remote working is permitted subject to satisfactory IT security conditions and BCP and off-site locations can be activated and utilised if required, with no prior authorisation from the CSSF necessary.
